Global Head of Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure Financing, SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE
Federico Turégano is the Global Head of Natural Resources and Infrastructure. The Natural Resources and Infrastructure group, part of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking’s Global Finance Division, is responsible for all advisory and financing activities in infrastructure, energy, metals/mining and soft commodities. This includes financial advisory, reserve-based and structured commodity finance, long-term project finance, as well as trade and commodity finance. It operates out of 18 locations, with hubs in Paris, London, Geneva, New York, Houston, Hong Kong and Singapore. Federico Turégano began his career at Société Générale in Chicago in 1990 and has since covered large corporate clients in the US, was Deputy Head of the Financial Engineering team in Paris, was responsible for SG CIB’s Latin American network, was Deputy Head of the Corporates and Institutions Division for the Americas and Head of the Energy Group for the Americas. Mr. Turégano has degrees from Boston College and the University of Chicago and is based in New York.
